Coded Messages

The children can write messages or notes using a "normal" font, and then change the message into code using dingbats, or another hieroglyphic type font.


I have hidden some treasure in the classroom. Here is a clue. Look on the notice board.

The children may be able to decode the second message from what they know about spelling patterns, or the code with its letter equivalents can be displayed for them to work on.
